We have new instructions from a major global law firm client to find a senior associate for its busy Corporate practice based in London.

The role will involve advising a variety of clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mainstream M&A, private equity, venture capital, and equity capital markets deals.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates with 4-7 years PQE currently working at top City firms or major international outfits. The ability to lead on transactions and work with limited supervision is required for this role. The ideal candidates should also have stellar academics and a stable career record.
