Commercial Property Locum

Our client, a well established corporate firm in Buckinghamshire, is looking to recruit a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor.

The role will be situated in the Development and Social Housing team which focuses on acting for developers, funders and occupiers on all types of development projects including site acquisitions for development and multi-purpose development agreements.

Applications are sought from experienced real estate solicitors who have a solid commercial property background and a general understanding of development and social housing. In addition, solid IT skills, commercial awareness and strong communication skills are required.

The role is likely to run for 3 months and it has the potential to be extended further.

This is fantastic opportunity to work in a highly regarded team on a locum basis.
