The role:

Due to continued expansion, the firm is looking for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their practice in Reading.

You will also work across a wide variety of sectors including manufacturing, supply and distribution, online retail, charities, large corporates, SME's, partnerships and franchises.

You will have a high level of autonomy leading on transactions, whilst also working as part of a larger team on more complex and high-value projects.

Your caseload will include but is not limited to:

• Commercial IP and IT contracts
• Data protection and privacy matters
• Partnership advice
• Complex contract agreements
• Trademarks and copyright

As you will be joining during a period of growth, there are real progression prospects for those with the commitment and ambition.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Solicitor with 2+ years PQE (there is no upward limit on PQE)
• Extensive experience dealing with clients directly
• Highly meticulous and commercially focused
• Track record in business development & marketing the department
