An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a junior to mid-level property litigator to join this preeminent practice dealing with major property disputes on behalf of household name clients.

Renowned for the range and quality of the instructions, the department acts for property investors, major institutional landlords, national retailers and OMBs on a wide range of property litigation instructions. If you are a property litigator seeking an alternative to the long hours culture demanded by a large national practice but are keen to continue working with household name clients, alongside enjoying a greater degree of client contact and a more transparent career path, this opportunity could work for you.

Suitable candidates will be able to evidence a strong training seat/PQE experience in property litigation at a national or major regional practice, strong academics and a truly commercial understanding of a client's needs. This is a fantastic hands-on property litigation opportunity where you will have the opportunity to work within an entrepreneurial, dynamic and collegiate environment. Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience. A hybrid working pattern is on offer.
