A Legal 100 firm is looking to hire an Employment Solicitor for its division which comprises over 50 fee earners and, as the UK's leading supplier of employment law services to NHS bodies, carries out work for around 200 NHS and private healthcare bodies throughout the UK. Based in Leeds, this is a full-time, permanent role.
Your New Role
The division provides legal advice and training on the full range of employment law issues, supporting clients from board level to generalist HR practitioners, and has a reputation for handling the most sensitive and high-profile employment law cases.
This is a great opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to work for a growing team within a Top 100 law firm that prides itself on being able to offer top quality work.
The successful Employment Solicitor will work on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including:
- General employment advisory work
- Employment tribunal claims
- Whistle blowing
- High profile cases
- Advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios
