An exciting opportunity to join a highly ranked leading IP, IT and Commercial team whose practice covers a broad spread of commercial contracts, data protection, information technology and intellectual property work.
You will be working with a vast array of sizes of businesses to include those in, inter alia, tech, manufacturing, publishing, education and retail, with much of the work being international in nature.
ABOUT YOU
A Senior Associate, your experience will include non-contentious commercial contracts including B2B and B2C; collaboration agreements; e-commerce documents; IP licences; software contracts and advisory work especially regarding GDPR compliance.
