The Role

The firm is seeking a Criminal Duty Solicitor to join their office in Lincoln.

The ideal candidate will be at least 2 years PQE + with a proven track record in representing and advising clients on a wide range of criminal matters. Candidates should also have an ambition to develop the department over the next few years and should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties will include attending police stations to advise clients, preparing and representing clients at Magistrates' Courts and preparing briefs to Counsel where necessary.
