An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to take on a busy caseload in an established Hampshire firm with scope to further develop the team and commercial growth of the department.
Established over a number of decades this well known Hampshire firm are seeking to welcome an enthusiastic and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to their offcie based in Waterlooville. The firm have undergone strategic change in recent times having become part of a wider network. The changes have not only ensured future stability of what is already an excellent practice but also now present an opportunity to develop further growth opportunities.
The Commercial Property department team work with a broad range of clients advising businesses on commercial sales and purchases as well as new leases, lease renewals or assignments. They work on secured lending, provide advice to regional developers, manage commercial investment portfolios and carry out all manner of landlord and tenant work.
The firm are looking for a qualified solicitor or legal executive who is comfortable and competent in managing their own caseload with a keen commercial eye and excellent client focus. You will naturally approach your work with a high level of professionalism be keen to manage existing commercial relationships with a view to generating further business opportunities.
