The Role

This Legal 500 ranked firm is currently seeking to hire a Corporate Solicitor to join the firms Lincoln office.

This role ties in with the firm's ambitious growth plans; you will be a senior member of the corporate team, focusing on the firm's direction to grow the practice further. You will have a broad range of corporate experience, advising on complex high value mergers and acquisitions and investment matters, shareholders agreements, corporate re-structuring, share incentive schemes and general corporate governance issues.

You will be trusted with working with the firm's exceptional core clients. You will also be given the autonomy and support to further develop your clientele and offering in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 2 years + PQE
  • You will be commercially minded, dynamic and entrepreneurial
  • You should have experience in maintaining and developing client relationships
  • You should be ambitious and wanting to assist in the growth and development of the firm
