Associate Property Litigation Solicitor, Warwickshire – A rare opportunity for an ambitious Property Litigator to join this leading team.
JOB TITLE: Associate Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Warwickshire
SALARY: £40k-£45k DOE
THE ROLE:
This highly ranked property litigation team provides advice to clients on contract disputes, negligence actions, partnership/shareholder dispute, landlord and tenant disputes, passing off, building disputes, intellectual property disputes, professional negligence claims and property management disputes. The successful candidate will be acting for bother private individuals and corporate clients, dealing with fast & mulit track claims, attending high court and county court to both assist Counsel and conduct application hearings.
THE CANDIDATE:
The team is now looking to appoint an Associate with at least 3+ years’ PQE. The successful applicant should have a robust knowledge of landlord & tenant law, along with experience of case management, handling your own caseload.
