Corporate Solicitor/Associate - Tunbridge Wells, Kent
A market leading law firm in Tunbridge Wells, Kent are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their highly regarded Legal 500 ranked Corporate team.
Joining this fantastic corporate team made up of some very impressive Corporate Lawyers, your role will be to handle a range of corporate transactional work including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, share buybacks, demergeres, reorganisation, MBOs and general advisory work on behalf of some top clients including private limited companies, OMBs, multinationals, entrepreneurs and investors.
The corporate department continue to win awards for the work they do and you'll be joining a team which will enable you to take your career to the next level.
You must be an experienced Corporate Solicitor (3yrs+ PQE) with a solid background of transactional corporate work including assisting on or handling mergers and acquisitions. You'll either currently be at Associate level or a Corporate Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career. Its likely that you'll be currently working in a similar firm within a ranked corporate/commercial team.
