The Role

Construction Solicitor 2-5 PQE (Non-Contentious) required to join a leading team in the heart of Central London.

You will join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm and work across their non-contentious construction matters.
The role is to support the firm's non-contentious team in preparing ancillary construction documents (collateral warranties/appointments/etc.) with minimal supervision.

The department houses a wealth of expertise, and you will find that there is always a broad range of work, making for a very interesting role.

Progression prospects are very real in this team; you will have unrivalled exposure to top quality work and excellent clients.

Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified Solicitor in Construction with around 2-5 PQE
• Attention to detail and ability to see issues from a commercial perspective.
• Keen, driven and ambitious attitude to provide the highest levels of services to clients
