My client is a leading firm of solicitors with office across South Yorkshire, who provide a diverse range of legal services including Dispute Resolution, civil litigation, family occupier's liability, RTA, employer's liability, residential conveyancing, and charities. Now looking to recruit a Wills and Probate Assistant to their Private Client Department, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a role with a reputable company with excellent training and progression opportunities.
General duties will include preparation of correspondence and documents through audio-typing and copy-typing. Organising appointments with clients and general administrative duties such as filing and archiving of documentation.
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have some experience of working in a Legal environment. Wills & Probate experience isn't essential as training will be provided for suitable candidates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as a good level of IT proficiency. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate high attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
