In this role you will advise a range of clients specialising in probate work and estate administration on a wide variety of matters including, all aspects of finalising a person's estate, including applications for grants of representation, inheritance tax calculations, advice regarding post death variations, the distribution of assets and establishing or re-structuring trusts under a will. Typically the team act for wealthy families and individuals, business people and landowners.

You will be a Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience within trust and probate work. It is essential that you have previous experience in a comparable role, educated to a minimum of B grade A-level or equivalent, excellent written English and ability to produce clear, logical drafting. Solid previous experience of preparing sets of accounts for probates and trusts, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective time and matter management and a systematic approach to work.
