Excellent new vacancy for a Property Litigation Solicitor keen to take on an exciting, challenging role within a top team.

Our client is one of the leading practices in Cardiff, with an enviable reputation especially for their areas of litigation work.

This is a new opportunity due to increasing levels of work and the role will straggle two of their dedicated Property Dispute Resolution teams. You will be given the opportunity to develop your experience working closely with a range of clients, whether property developers, social housing providers, occupiers, or landlord clients, across a wide range of the various contentious issues which can affect their property portfolios. There is also the opportunity to supervise and mentor a team of junior fee earners so previous supervisory experience would be beneficial.

The team is looking for an associate so you should have some post qualification experience in this area although full support and training will be provided.

Excellent salary and benefits package on offer.

*Where a level of experience is indicated, this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience. This does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.

Chadwick Nott Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
