A highly successful regional firm with a rich heritage is looking to appoint an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE to join their Chippenham office.

The role:

Opportunity for a well-rounded Residential Property Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE to join a successful regional firm in their Chippenham office.

This role will give you the opportunity to join a department which deals with a good quality of work as the property team is very well regarded in the local area.

You will be working on a range of property matters from initial instruction through to completion. You will manage a diverse caseload including both freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, help to buy, lease extensions and residential lettings for landlords, tenants and new build and plot sales.

This role encompasses business development projects with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors. As you will be involved in every stage of the transaction, as well as managing post-exchange work, you must be an effective communicator with attention to detail.

This firm will give you a fantastic base to build up your career in the property sector.

Requirements:

• You will NQ-4 years PQE with solid conveyancing experience
• Have responsibility for your own files
• Excellent communication skills and desire to get involved with business development projects
