My client, a reputable law firm are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their offices in Shropshire.
The Role:
As the successful Residential Property Lawyer, you will mainly be responsible for managing your own caseload of domestic conveyancing files from start to finish. This may include but not restricted to:
- Sale
- Purchase
- Freehold
- Leasehold
- Re-Mortgages
- Transfer of Equity
- New build
Requirements:
To be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate substantial experience managing your own Conveyancing caseload. This role would suit an individual with 3+ years PQE and has strong attention to detail.
Benefits:
- Salary NOE £30,000-£42,000
