Your New Role

Joining a highly ranked firm at the same level as larger city firms, the Employment Solicitor will undertake all aspects of employment law including:

• Employment Tribunal claims
• Employee relations issues and document drafting
• Advising on policy and procedures
• Restrictive covenants and related issues

This is an exceptional opportunity for an employment solicitor with a passion for this area of law to develop their career at a supportive firm, whilst undertaking an exceptionally high-quality caseload.

You will enjoy handling a full employment caseload of mainly contentious but also some non-contentious matters, and have the ability to provide sound commercial advice to a highly varied client base.

• Diplomatic skills and sound judgement.
• Good marketing and business development skills.
• The ability to cover the full remit of employment law.

Salary & Benefits

On offer for the Employment Solicitor will be £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

When normality resumes our client will be embracing flexible working, with a split of 2 days at home and 3 days in the office available. On that basis, they are keen to consider applicants outside the local area.
