My client is an established law firm specialising in a variety of work, but with an established and reputable Civil Litigation department.
They are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join this department, and to work independently on a variety of civil litigation that include, although will not be limited to:
Property including landlord and tenant
Contentious probate
Breach of contract
Mortgage re-possession
As an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor, you will be an ambitious litigator who requires little guidance, except with the help of Counsel when necessary.
