£50,000 - £70,000
The successful corporate commercial solicitor will be involved in a broad range of work and will need to demonstrate experience in dealing with acquisitions and disposals and other forms of corporate transactions including management buy-outs and company re-structuring, You will be proficient in all Companies Act related matters and have experience in drafting shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements and other types of business agreements. Specific experience in corporate lending transactions is a positive and you will otherwise have some experience in and be willing to support the wider team in more general commercial drafting and advisory work.
