LAW Absolute are working with a US law firm who are looking for a Derivatives/Capital Markets paralegal to join them initially on a 12month FTC.

You will be involved in a variety of tasks supporting transactions across the Derivatives team.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing supporting on cross border transactions,
  • Preparing for transaction milestones,
  • Conducting legal research,
  • Drafting presentation and internal knowhow,
  • Preparing document bundles.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2.1 at degree level or equivalent. It is highly desirable if you have completed the LPC.

It is essential you have a minimum of a years’ experience within a transactional team including M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets or similar.
