Medico-Legal Assistant



LAW Absolute are working with a specialist firm based in Birmingham who are looking for a Medico-Legal Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a varied and rewarding role whereby you will be providing a service to their clients as their main point of contract who may have a Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence claim to bring.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Speaking with new callers and clients,
  • Analysing the initial merits,
  • Undertaking detailed analysis of documents and medical records,
  • Organising and collecting records,
  • Conducting medical research.

There is no prior legal experience or qualification required, however, you must have previous experience as a nurse or within a medical practice.
