This firm have an excellent reputation, and many of the Lawyers in the department are well ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers. They deal with an interesting and varied caseload of the highest quality.

The department houses lawyers with the highest level of expertise, dealing with a varied client base which covers, SME, International and National companies and smaller corporates across a number of industry sectors. You will be involved with an interesting mix of work which includes portfolio acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use; the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters; and joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions and options.

You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 1 PQE gained at a leading firm and solid experience in the above areas. If you are stronger in some areas than others we would still urge you to apply as your strengths can be supported by the rest of the team. You will have good team skills and give a first class service to clients. Salary is competitive but depends on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package.
