Solicitor - Property Litigation

The Role:

This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their City of London team.

The Property Litigation department deals with a very high quality of work. It feeds off of the highly successful Real Estate department that is ranked highly in the legal 500 and other directories.

The team acts for a wide range of corporates, investors and asset management companies, retailers, residential landlords and individuals and boast particular expertise in the social housing, retail and leisure, development, charities, telecoms, government and banking sectors.

The firm is looking for a Senior Solicitor or Associate level Lawyer with good experience in commercial property litigation.

You will require the ability to take on a healthy existing workload and to support this firm's Partners in the development of the team, win new work streams and drive the practice forward.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least four years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
• You should have first-class communication skills
• The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
