HR Business Partner at City Law Firm – c£50k-£55k + benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented HR Advisor/HR Officer looking for that next step in their HR career, more autonomy and responsibility. This is a new, permanent role as a HRBP (Junior HR Manager level) at a growing, dynamic law firm in the City.
This is a full-service role that will see you completely immersed in the business and part of a truly valued team.
You will report into the Head of HR but will be working in a very autonomous capacity where your role will focus on building strong relationships with the internal clients/stakeholder across the firm, providing HR advice and guidance and being the key contact for all day-to-day HR enquiries.
You will also assist the Head of HR with projects, strategy and complex ER matter.
What they are looking for is a CIPD qualified HR Advisor or HR Officer with experience in a professional services environment (ideally law firms but the will consider those from accountancy, consultancy etc.) who feels they are ready for a step-up and a new challenge.
