Commercial Solicitor (Associate) - Crawley, West Sussex
A leading national law firm are looking for a Commercial Solicitor/Associate to join their highly regarded commercial department in Crawley, West Sussex.
Joining a Legal 500 ranked commercial team, you'll handle a caseload with a national and international reach. Your role will involve drafting and negotiating IT contracts including developmental projects, cloud services, software licensing, OEM and channel partner agreements. You will also be advising on related compliance matters such as data protection, information security and open source compliance.
You will have excellent partner access across the commercial department and have the opportunity to work for many notable clients from large national organisations to smaller tech companies and start-ups
You must be a qualified Commercial Solicitor with 1yr+ PQE gained in a similar environment. You'll have gained exposure to and have a keen interest in IT contracts.
