A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Housing Litigation lawyer to join a specialist housing team with a leading firm in Bromley firm. The firm are open to PQE level and they are looking for a driven and determined lawyer to help the continued development of the practice. The role therefore suits an ambitious Housing Litigator who is looking for a long term career in South London.
The Role:
The successful Housing Litigation Solicitor will handle their own caseload of matters including but not limited to:
• Injunctions
• Possession claims
• Disrepair claims
• Gas Safety litigation
• Housing Management Advice
Requirements:
The ideal Housing Litigation Solicitor will ideally be qualified however the firm will consider non-qualified individuals with the relevant experience. You will have a strong understanding of CPR, social housing and residential property law. You will boast strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to undertake your own advocacy.
