Planning Solicitor/ Legal Executive
Competitive Hourly Rate
Locum, Part Time- 22 Hours Per Week
9-10 Months+
A Planning Solicitor/ Legal Executive is required to join a local authority on a part-time basis of 22 hours per week to cover a maternity leave.
As a Planning Solicitor/ Legal Executive you will be working on a remote basis to predominately cover Section 106's, alongside other matters. Other matters will range from Waste applications, advice on County matters (e. relating to schools), Highways matters (Section 278s) and general Planning and Highways matters.
This is a great long length, remote opportunity and ideal for candidates looking to pick up extra hours and work alongside an existing role.
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience and knowledge of Planning within a local authority
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
