Legal Counsel (based in Munich, Germany)
Client
You will be joining an extremely successful household brand name organisation in the tech and fintech sectors, currently enjoying continued growth and expansion.
The organisation has multiple international offices both across Europe and also globally.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's offices in Munich, Germany. You will also be able to undertake some flexible working/WFH.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on various day to day legal issues.
You will report directly into the Head of Legal for Europe and you will enjoy direct access to the support of your legal team colleagues located both within Germany and internationally.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.
You
You will be a qualified German lawyer with approximately 0-5 years' PQE/working legal experience. You will have acquired a range of previous experiences in relation to drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. You will speak English and German.
