Conveyancing Assistant

Our Client, a multi-serviced Law firm who provide Legal services across the Merseyside region and are experiencing fantastic growth, are appointing a Full Time Conveyancing Assistant to join their office on the outskirts of Liverpool City centre near Wavertree.

In this Conveyancing Assistant role, you will assist in the management of a Residential Conveyancing caseload which will include duties such as drafting or approving contracts, applying for mortgage funds, preparing completion statements, dealing with the logistics of completion and any other steps in the conveyancing transaction process.

In addition to the above you will deal with initial instructions, undergo ID checks and initial searches. It may include post completion matters, such as SDLT returns, Land Registry requirements, sending deeds to lenders and closing files.

My client is ideally looking for candidates who hold at least 2yrs experience in Residential Conveyancing at Paralegal/Assistant level.

The salary for the successful Conveyancing Assistant ranges from £18k-£23k and is dependant on experience.
