We have a great opportunity for a Solicitor to join the Banking and Finance team of a top legal 100 firm in its Cardiff office.
You will be an NQ to 2 years PQE Solicitor joining a dedicated banking and finance team, advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers on all areas of financing including acquisition and investment finance, leveraged finance, Scheme facilities, development finance and renewable energy finance.
You will be a solicitor with training in corporate, property and/or banking & finance who is looking to specialise in finance transactions, including advising lenders, borrowers and investors.
You will have the opportunity to progress and have a successful career involving challenging work and the opportunity to display your technical and practical legal skills.
This is a fantastic opening where you will work closely with senior lawyers in a welcoming and close-knit team, and you'll have exposure to advising clients directly.
