I am currently recruiting for a fantastic Legal 500 law firm in Nottinghamshire who are currently looking for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join an established department
This role offices the opportunity to work from home alongside going into the office.
The Role includes:
• Assisting the firm with remaining excellent client relations alongside business development.
• Handling a varied caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, setting up administration on trusts, Court of Protection and Estates.
• Ensure caseload in handled in a timely manner.
• Comply with all file and case management standards.
• Carrying out varied caseload and meeting deadlines.
• Providing advice/ guidance to junior staff.
The ideal candidate:
• 2 year + PQE experience
• Experienced working with Wills, Trusts and Probate
• Able to handle diverse caseload.
• Target driven.
• Exceptional client care skills.
• Can do attitude.
