A top tier Employment practice in a leading North West law firm is keen to bolster its team with the addition of a talented junior Employment Lawyer. Based in Manchester, the role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your New Role

Key duties of the Employment Lawyer will include:

• Running a mixed caseload, advising employers and high-net-worth employees and executives on contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Assisting high-profile clients with complex employment tribunal work and injunctions.
• Offering corporate support to business sales and acquisitions on matters such as TUPE transfers and re-organisations.
• Providing day-to-day HR support to household name clients across the public and private sector.

About You

Applications are invited from Employment Lawyers with at least 1 year of PQE and the market leading partners are willing to mould the role around your level of experience.

Salary & Benefits

Remuneration is competitive, with the firm frequently attracting lawyers from much larger firms. On offer for the Employment Lawyer will be:

• £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
