Commercial Lawyer (Asset Management)

Leading asset management company is seeking a commercial lawyer to join stellar team.
You will specialise in a wide range of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, platform arrangements, distribution agreements, investment management agreements, outsourcing contracts, data privacy matters and IP issues. You will work in a fast-paced environment and have the experience to juggle a number of negotiations at any one time.
You will be one of a number of experienced commercial counsel within the legal team covering commercial work with limited supervision and be comfortable building relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Asset management experience is not necessary but ideally lawyers will have experience working in a financial services company.
