Description
The Professional Negligence Solicitor will join a growing team and act for Insurance companies dealing with professional negligence claims. You will will deal with a caseload of claims against professionals. You will deal with pre action and litigation claims, draft witness statements and get involved in ADR such as mediation.
Profile
You will be a trainee who has completed a seat in Litigation or professional negligence or a Professional Negligence Solicitor / Commercial Litigation Solicitor. You will ties to the Leeds area, strong academics and be interested to work for a large firm.
