I am currently representing a high street law firm in the Nottingham region who are looking for an experience Private Client Lawyer to join a small team.
This role includes:
• Drafting complex wills, estates, and inheritance tax planning.
• Estate administration.
• Taking instructions and preparing lasting powers of attorney for both health and welfare and property financial affairs.
The Idea Candidate:
• Able to manage a caseload of private client matters.
• Commercial and practice approach.
• Strong desire to progress and develop.
• Fantastic interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well with clients.
