Locum Property Lawyer

Our client is currently recruiting for a home-based Locum Property Lawyer on a temporary ongoing basis. The position is due to start immediately and the rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

•    Advising and assisting on property related matters including acquisition and disposal of land for residential development and social housing

•    Negotiating and preparing documentation and agreements for property transactions and developments, in order to secure best case scenario outcomes

•    Managing cases and determining appropriate advice and steps to take over property work including contracts, procurement and licensing

Experience required:

•    10 years’ experience PQ in the specialism of property law and practice

•    Knowledge of local government law, practices and procedures
