Residential Conveyancer Needed
Location - Lincoln
Legal 500 Firm
Start Date - ASAP
I am currently looking for Experienced Residential Conveyancers in the Lincoln region for a Legal 500 law firm.
The Role will include:
• Handle a varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing Matters - including sales and purchase transactions - freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership and new build properties.
• Able to work well to meet targets
• Carry out all client correspondents.
• Carrying out searches.
• Completing legal documentations.
• Dealing with post completion matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Worked in a busy Conveyancing department previously - able to manage files with minimal support
• Qualified - CILEX/ LEGAL EXEC OR SOLICITOR
• Able to work well to tight deadlines.
• Able to use Case Management systems
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Conveyancing market.
