B+C are assisting a prestigious employer who are looking for an experienced and motivated Technology Lawyer to join their legal team, which has seen significant growth in the last few years. The busy team manages high profile matters with stakeholders across the company and takes a proactive approach to its work.

Reporting to the General Counsel, this is a varied role offering high quality and complex work supporting the business in all aspects of;

- IT projects and technology law (e-commerce, software licensing, IT security, telecoms, outsourcing, and supply agreements).
- Advising on large, complex, and long-term projects.
- You will also provide support on general commercial legal matters.
- Supporting the wider team with technology specific matters.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, forward thinking Technology Lawyer seeking a new challenge or the opportunity to move in-house. The successful candidate will have the following;

- A current solicitors practising certificate in England and Wales.
- A minimum of 4 years PQE relating to technology law.
- Ideally experience of negotiating with multi-national tech companies.
- You will have a track record of managing competing demands and stakeholder expectations
- Be resilient, confident, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
