Location - Home Working and Office Based mixed - Derbyshire or Birmingham

I am currently representing a Legal 500 Law Firm who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a very busy department as an Associate.
Looking for an individual with passion for development work, and able to handle a caseload of small scale developments and work alongside Senior Partners on more complex cases.
This role includes:
• Dealing with a large range of commercial property matters.
• Commercial and residential site acquisitions.
• Funding arrangements and agreements.
• Overage and option agreements
• Commercial leases.
• Landlord and tenant advice
The Idea Candidate:
• Over 3 years PQE
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Exceptional ICT skills.
