An opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer has become available in Pontefract with a L500 firm.
To be considered for this role you must be a Solicitor or a Licensed Conveyancer.
This leading firm, based in Yorkshire with a national profile, is passionate about making a difference to peoples’ lives by being innovative and forward thinking and caring about helping clients to solve their legal problems.
The Directors are innovative and forward thinking, recently investing in technology, marketing and resources which result in continued growth of the business.
Due to the continued expansion of the Residential Property team an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate residential property lawyer to work alongside the Director of Property, two experienced solicitors and a great team of support staff. The successful candidate will have responsibility for their own workload with one of the key objectives to contribute to the development and growth of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Day to day handling of property transactions
· Running your own case load
· Conduct of matters on behalf of clients
· Work as part of the team
· Participation in marketing and business development activities
You must be an experienced Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with the ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines to be considered for this role.
Applications are welcomed from experienced conveyancers with circa 3+ years experience.
