Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor
An established, well-respected Private Practice firm based in Newbury, Berkshire, is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor.
The firm specialises in Litigation, Family, Corporate Commercial, Commercial & Residential Property and Inheritance Protection.
The Corporate Commercial Solicitor will handle a full caseload of retained work, to include:
- Starting and Funding a Business
- Corporate Restructuring matters
- Mergers and Acquisitions and the buying of or selling a business
- Terms and Conditions
- Company Secretarial
The Corporate Commercial Solicitor will also be responsible for drafting shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts in a wide variety of industry sectors.
The Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be joining a team of 3 partners and 3 associates.
The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- 5+ years’ PQE
- Experience in the above matters
- Enthusiasm for this area of work
- Excellent interpersonal skills
