A reputable firm with offices based in Lancashire & Manchester are looking for several experienced Criminal Duty Solicitors who are able to work both full & part time to join the existing team.
This role has arisen due to an increase of work entering the department and the firm are therefore happy to consider both Full Time and Part Time hours.
The firm have a small network of offices across the North West and a reputable standing within the Criminal practice area.
The Criminal department is headed up by the Partner and you will be joining an existing team of circa 20 employees spread across the firms 3 offices. The successful candidate will be an experienced Criminal Duty Solicitor and you must have it would be desireable to have Higher Rights of Audience and be able to deal with Crown Court and Magistrates matters.
The firm initially began as a specialist Criminal practice and have grown to offer Family, Employment and Private client legal services. Within the Greater Manchester and North West area they have a solid reputation and have grown steadily year on year.
For an ambitious candidate and due to the size of the firm, there are very good progression opportunities available within the department and it will be your responsibility to aim for these and dictate how you would want your career to develop.
