Securities & Capital Markets Paralegal

We are currently representing a leading international law firm who is seeking a Banking and Finance Paralegal to join the Securities & Capital Markets team on a permanent basis.

The position will focus on ISDA, derivatives and syndicated loans. More specifically, you will be drafting ISDA Documentation, working on derivatives transactions and negotiating standard LMA syndicated loan documentation.

You must be experienced within ISDA documentation, derivatives, syndicated loans, structured finance and/or general finance transactions. Our client seeks someone who can manage a heavy workload and can deal with the competing demands of clients.

To apply, you must have current/recent solid experience of working as a Banking and Finance Paralegal within ISDA, derivatives or syndicated loans.
