Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ - 3 yrs PQE)

Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join my client, an established law firm based in Leeds City Centre.

This is a rare opportunity to work in an exclusively Claimant focused environment with a case-load consisting of a broad range of claims in terms of type and value.

Successful applicants will be NQ to 3 years PQE, and working in the Clinical Negligence sector, and the successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be joining a highly respected team, offering excellent quality work and a rewarding career.

The Clinical Negligence Team consists of lawyers dedicated to advising on, and pursuing medical, dental, cosmetic, and other clinical issues in the courts for victims of medical negligence and includes solicitors who are members of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme. The firm also holds a legal aid franchise for cases ranging from relatively minor to the most serious brain damage claims.

The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and be able to demonstrate a strong academic background with experience gained at a leading firm.

There will be opportunity to work from home and the office, possibly on a 40/60 split moving forward.
