Birmingham
£80,000+
With a strong national presence, this firm benefits from a strong reputation across government agencies, public sector bodies and PLCs. Adding to their portfolio of offices, their new Birmingham site is centrally located, with great transport links and parking facilities nearby.
As a Commercial Property Partner, you will be expected to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
- Run own senior-level caseload of property matters to include: commercial and residential development, landlord and tenant advice, site acquisitions and joint ventures
- Manage and supervise the work of more junior team members, assisting them with caseload when needed and ensuring financial targets are met within the department
- Work closely with other Partners within the team on departmental matters relating to commercial property
- Liaise directly with agents, clients and key stakeholders within the firm and where necessary be their key point of contact
