NQ - 4 PQE FAMILY SOLICITOR - SOUTH YORKSHIRE
An outstanding opportunity for a junior Solicitor (NQ will be considered) with a solid grounding in Family law is needed in a busy high street firm in Sheffield.
The role requires that the Family Solicitor takes over an existing mixed caseload of varied matters, including Divorce, Finances, Separation, Family Law Act proceedings, Civil Partnerships, Cohabitation Disputes, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Children Act work etc. and that they can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.
Family Panel membership or working towards such would be an advantage here but this is by no means essential. Experience in family financial matters would be advantageous here.
