Senior Associate - Private Wealth Disputes

The Role / Team
The Private Wealth Disputes team deals with the full range of disputes arising in trusts and estates. The firm's highly regarded Private Client department focuses on international private client work, and the instructions received by the Will and Trusts disputes team reflect this.
The client base comprises High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families, national and international charities, trustees, trust companies and executors.
The team houses several ACTAPS qualified lawyers.
The work will include disputes surrounding wills and trusts, particularly the firm's international trusts litigation work, in conjunction with their highly regarded Private Client team.
You will be working on a broad range of will and trust dispute matters, often with an offshore element. This will be alongside a Partner and other members of the team, involving a diverse caseload.
Requirements:

• You will be a Private Wealth Disputes Senior Associate 6+ PQE
• You will have a mixed skill set of commercial litigation experience.
• You should have a strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
