Residential Property Locum - WimbledonA multi office private practice law firm in wimbledon is looking for assistance from a Locum Residential Conveyancing locum.
The requirement is to start at the end of May to cover whilst a senior solicitor is on maternity leave. The contract will last roughly 12 months.
The caseload consists of general residential property transactions, including Sales & Purchases of Freehold & Leasehold Land, Registered & Unregistered Titles and Equity Release matters.
Secretarial support is available.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee Earner qualified by experience, with at least 5 years' experience of handling a Residential Property caseload. You will need to be able to work on a largely self-sufficient basis and to hit the ground running.
