Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
A Legal 500 ranked regional law firm with an excellent reputation is looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join them in Maidstone, Kent.
The Private Client Solicitor will join a highly regarded private client team, handling a caseload of quality/complex matters including:
- Wills
- Probate
- Estate planning
- Trusts
The Private Client Solicitor will be acting on behalf of high net worth clients.
The successful Private Client Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a recognised, well regarded private client team
- Qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive/FCILEx
- Experience in probate and estate planning is essential
- PQE range is open for the role – NQ Solicitor up to Senior Associate level
- Experience of charities work would be an beneficial although not essential
- STEP qualification or working towards would also be desirable
